I did in flush on my Cummins 903's at beginning of season. I used Klean-Strip® Concrete & Metal Prep - It's a 35% to 45% Phosphoric Acid Concentration. Look out for other concrete etch products like "Rustoleum Clean and Etch" - it's actually Urea, not phosphoric Acid. I used it few years ago...
