Onan generator has an issue E with main fuel filter blowing bubbles then when the fuel runs down stops running. Used a rebuilt filter kit didn’t help. Any suggestions It runs fine until it runs out of fuel I the filter.

Have a 20kw onan. Started up great. Running great.
