I never understood having full flow through that small fuel cooler. The water passage area is so much smaller than the main heat exchanger. That has to result in less overall flow.

Buying a 1987 43MY with the original Vacuflush system. My current boat has macerating Jabscos that will take about anything you put down them and turn it into a fine slurry. Is there a macerator somewhere in the Vacuflush system, or does everything somehow get passed through as-is?
