    What zincs - '79 53' Classic MY?

We are doing our short haul for survey Saturday and the owner has offered to have the zincs replaced while it is out but we are not using his usual service yard for the short haul and he doesn't know the sizes. Can anyone provide them to me? I know I could call Sam's but didn't think it would...

    State Farm

Anyone had bad dealings with State Farm regarding your boat? We are closing on our 79 53’ Hatteras in about a month and I’ve received 4 insurance quotes, State Farm being the lowest. Just looking for some feedback to help with my decision. Thanks, Jim

Can the flybridge on a 1976 53 MY be permanently removed? It is the original style flybridge (helm forward with two side benches). Not looking for step by step instructions, just feasibility. Thanks, Jim

Very new here, to big boating and Hatteras. We are beginning our search for a 53MY. Looked thru some archives here about the DD engines and there is a lot about wet vs dry riser. Any chance someone could look at the attached image and determine if they are wet or dry (and advise what I should...
