I pulled my intercoolers for cleaning. It is a pretty easy job, 20 bolts and nuts of which 19 were very easy to remove. One of course was almost impossible to get a wrench on and required me to make up this tool to remove it. Just a normal boat job.

Does anyone know the weight of the fiberglass fly bridge unit. I saw a boat in Solomons that had built a new larger fly unit an d moved it forward to get a larger area. It looked really good and was glassed on. I am thinking with form Coreing I could also save some weight up there.
