FYI, I went with Glen Eagle for the sofa, Waterway Sysetms is making side frames and windows, Slane is doing new vents, I decided on Cummins QSB-330's with electronic controls, Wolfwatermakers for the watermaker. I havn't decided on a gen yet. Onan 9wk seems to much and big, Onan 5kw too small...

Has anyone changed the exhaust flange on a series 1 36c? I need to go from 5" to 6". It looks like I will have to drill the bolts out and pull the tube thru after the muffler is disconnected. I checked Sam's site to see if they had any just in case I screw them up!!!!

O.K. It's almost a month from my first repower post. Got a lot of good feedback. Looks like the Cummins QSB-330's with ZF220a. One of the questions that came to mind when I was thinking about return lines, How do I make the GAS tanks safe to work on? John.

Has anyone had any experience with dripless sahft and rudder seals on series one 36c? If so do you know the diameter of the logs.Thanks, John.
