Hi, what exactly do these things do? they are screwed in on one side, the other side is or was held in place with I guess 5200 They are lose on the aft side, the forward side is held in place with some screws Do I need to remove and rebed? I'm able to move the aft side downward appox 1/8" or so

Done, Arch installed, top deck 1/2 left shinny and the other non-skidded. Just in time for a 5 day Christmas outing Next project paint the sides of the FB and house then the back cockpit area

First coat of Alexseal Cream applied. Turned out pretty good for roll and tip. No orange peel / brush marks. This just the first coat. Plan on putting at least 4. It's a little wavy on top of the arch, but I was not putting that 200lbs of faring back on it :) For first coat it has awesome...

All 200 holes welded closed Cromated, Burned through a lot of the cromate trying to get it fair The white stuff is adtech (love this stuff) Faired and started the AlexSeal primer phase. First coat of primer on.

New cell core added and glassed back in. All that rubber what-ever crap has been ground / fien tool off. New glass laid over the that old simi wetted out old glass. Off course after grinding it away to get to good glass

Removed that rail to rebed it. Man what a mess. Seems that it was stuck down to bare fiberglass with some type of what appears to be some form of rubberized gunk. Some of it was still flexable but most had turned rock hard. Took a grinder to get it off. Some of it was razor thin, and other...

How do you get the davit off? it's a Marquipt Tender-Lift 1000/1500 Classic Does it just lift off the standpipe? I'd like to grease the bearing etc How heavy is this thing? Any thing special needs to be done before trying to get it off
