My orginal Onan (1987) started leaking at the fuel pump (pierburg pump made in Germany). I was going to replace with a 24v electric pump. Could not find anyone to tell me how to wire pump from 32v to 24v.

I have a steady diesel drip at the transfer punp. Has anyone installed the repair package #149-1834? Do you have to remove the 6 screws part or the whole unit held by the 3 bolts?

My flybridge helm is not working. I have full reservoir and pressure. the lower helm is OK. I believe the pump may have to be rebuilt. I tried to pull pump out but could not get the mounting plate on the finish side of boat to pass over the shoulder stop for the wheel. Any suggestions?

I've got 8v92ti 650 hp. I notice the port eng has a little fuel in the exaust.
The port eng uses about 25 gals more fuel. 424 gals port eng - 400 gals starboard eng per flow scans.
Also the port eng has a little blue haze the starboard none. Both eng use same amount of oil.

Opened up 2200 rpm to blow out whatever. Between 2100 and 2300 Port eng gear disengaged. did this twice. Then seemed to stop. When trans disengaged. Still had standard gear oil pressure. Tack went to 2500 rpm.

Changing from airsepts to ccv 6000.Not sure of k&n fillter to use directly to turbo. The lagrest 5" k&n mount to turbo has a717 cfm -times two equals l434 cfm. ccv calls for HPx2.5= AFR (1600CFM) is this right or I'm I OK with the RU2800 K&N (1434CFM)?

My boxes were deteriorating from acid gases. One was split on corner where you had to step on to get to outside of engine. Anyway I pulled batteries from split box - then used baking soda and water to scrub box. The stuff just boiled the acid off the battery box. Reglassed box.
