Removal of the old hard enclosure was the first project. If you can save the handrail, you are way ahead of the game. I only spent $2,000 to remove the enclosure I had. Then $900,000 to fill the holes and refinish everything. OK I was kidding...Only $800,000 for the paint and varnish work...

Hi Don I removed the aft hard enclosure from my 41 Chris Craft. The removal wasn't as much of an issue as repairing the screw holes.
