Okay, heater installed almost 3 years ago, now, I have a lot of carbon build up because it is impossible to get to the combustion chamber. Not even sure how the installer got the unit to the particular spot. Now I get to pull the system out and send it to the west coast and hopefully get it back...

UH OH, had water coming in again in the aft head. From a slightly different area in the shower but... So I went up on the aft deck and started to look at the areas I thought it might be coming from. Found a small crack again where the "bar" meets the aft deck (coverd it up with painter's tape)...
