What do you think? I know it will never be a speed demon. My question is:
1. Will it be a good fit for a cruising boat that will travel mostly at hull speed. Given the fact that lots of us travel at hull speed already for a variety of reasons with the trusty V/8's.

I have a small drip comming from the swim platform support bracket below the water line. I'd like to fix it in the water by pulling out the bolt and filling the hole with 5200 then install a new bolt. My worry is that if the transom is cored I may have to haul-out and make a proper core repair.
