The MR10 Lexan is abrasive and UV resistant etc. That is what i used on my enclosure.

I used the TREX deck product for my door jambs and header because it won't rot, is dimensionally stable and structurally solid. It also took the Imron well. All other wood (doors and window frames) are made of mahogany from 1-1/2" stock milled down to 1-1/4" thick. Glass is Solex. I used 6 foot long stainless piano hinges with #6 screws 7/8" long and I believe with 2" spacing between screws.
 
Good advice on the trex type of material and type of plastic.

These are great photos. I'd like to do something similar to mine here in SoCal, Marina Del Rey, Ca (see attachments) Any recommendations?
