I could not find one 15 years ago when I needed one. I replaced the genset.
But a quick search brought up these guys. Might try them.

In a pinch you can remove it and turn it around to the not worn side. Also try Ess-Kay on lake onieda NY answer Onan parts.com. Did you have the bendix on the starter replaced also?

There is also an MDL4 takeout at Crosswinds Marine in Whitehall, MI sitting on the shop floor. Many of the parts on it are gone but the flywheel/ring gear may still be there. You could try calling them.

Thanks Walt and yes new starter. Doesn’t look like it can be flipped due to machining.
