I figured it was a bad switch, then figured it was a bad pump, then thought I'd check the breaker...breaker is good, but no power at the local bus for the pump. No inline fuses to the bus and nothing wired hot from the batteries. Any thoughts? eta: 45C

We've been having some electrical issues of late and it turns out our transformer is sick. Our electrician suggested just punting it and going straight to the breaker box. Good or bad idea? 250# we could get rid of and probably $500 to fix it, to be honest, I'm not even sure what it's doing...
