What happened to Roger Wetherington at Jarrett Bay?

Anyone know what Happened to Roger? I called to have him do some work, but all they would tell me was he didn't work there anymore. Is that the end of the Hatteras school? I went this spring, and wanted to go to the advanced class.

Hatteras Owners School at Jarrett's Bay

I can't believe no one is talking about the School coming up the middle of April. I was signed up and looking forward to it a couple years back, but had to cancel due to work. I am now signed up again and can't wait!

    water heater problem

I just replaced a leaking water heater and ran into a strange problem. Now, when taking a shower the water keeps cycling from cold to scalding, without touching the valves. It didn't happen till I installed the new water heater! Any ideas what could be wrong?

    detroit temp sender

Well all you Detroit gurus, I have a dumb question for you. Where did they hide the temp sender on a 1970 8V71 NA? I found the temp switch that I believe is for the over temp alarm, but can't find the temperature sender for the gauge. Help!

What temperature to keep the boat when not occupied

I am going out of town for a few weeks, and want to leave the AC running to keep the humidity down, and not damage the boat from extreme heat. I live in South Florida and the boat CAN get hot in this sun. I don't know whether to set the temp to 85 or 90 degrees, or just use the humidity...

    A/C for 1970 44' Tricabin

I have the original A/C systems on my 1970 44'Hatt Tricabin. It has 2 16,000 BTU units, one of which is split to the forward and aft cabin. They have been giving me trouble for several years and don't do a great job cooling, especially since our move to N Ft Myers. I know one reason is our...

    Ten-Tom

I just completed a trip from Cincinnati, OH to N Ft Myers, so if I can help anyone with info on the trip, let me know. It might take a couple months, but I expect to have our log available if anyone wants it. Let me know!

    Loosing generator intake prime

My 1970 44' Hatt TriCabin originally had an Onan generator, replaced with a Westerbeke just before I bought it 6.5 years ago. Aside from being noisy, it has been flawless on the Ohio River. I recently relocated the boat to N Ft Myers (Yes, we DID it!) but had problems crossing the Gulf. If it...

    Help!

Anyone know where fuses for 12 volt stuff for a 1970 44' Hatt Tricabin might be located? My anchor lights quit, and I can't find fuses for them. Help! THanks! Norm Mayer

Moving to N Ft Meyers, need holding tank!

Hi, gang, From a previous post you may remember me mentioning we are moving our 44 Tricabin Hatt from Cincinnati to FL. Originally we looked at the SE FL coast, but the Admiral picked out N Ft. Meyers instead. We have a beautifull 1970 Tricabin Hatt with no original holding tank. Any...
