What is the weight the top deck will support? folded wing plane I am thinking of weighs just less than 800lbs. what about stability issues?

Inquiring minds want to know....best for overall longevity is key, top speed not so much. Best fuel economy at 7 knots, and general replace/rebuild costs per engine. Also what is ride like in a beamy sea with stabs at 7 knots? I know they like to run faster than that.
