Anyone have diesel power in 1965 34' Sport Cruiser? Any input as to what I should repower mine with. Twin 454s in her now. I want to cruise at 21k.

About to repower and wonder if anyone can give a reason why one prop is inches forward of the other. Is it that shafts are just made different lengths. Rudders are square and struts are as well.
