I have a 1998SD with twin Detroit 6V92s. When I start the engine my panel light for the port engine stays on and emits the warning signal. Is it a case of a bad sensor or ground, or might I have a real problem. I think I found the oil pressure sensor but where are the others? Water, gear, etc...

I have tried repairing the horns to no avail. Any suggestions or new/used available?

I am in the process of getting my 1998 50SD certified inspected for commercial use. Has anyone had experience doing this with the same or similar vessel?
