I have to remove a full size amana fridge from my 1972 Hatteras. Only way to remove is by cutting down with sawzall. The fridge is a 120 hardwire to the fuse box. Can I put a gfci on that wiring to plug in my new fridge?

1972 Hatt 38..fresh water leak coming from under the lower galley cupboard. Have used scope on lines, and can't find a leak, however it is still there. 1/2 gal every week in bilge. Is there any access to the area under the cupboards without cutting an access panel?

Installed new starter and battery. Starter engages but solenoid keeps running. Distributor checked both and no defect. I'm thinking it's the voltage regulator or relay. Any ideas?

Having problem starting starboard engine..replaced battery...checked wires..current good. Starts when using parallel selector, but without, the starter makes a clunk sound and won't turn. Is it possible it is the solenoid, as the starter works with parallel select.

I have a 1972 38' double cabin with twin Detroit 8v 53's. Just replaced starboard battery due to staring issues. Engine still won't turn without using parallel selector. After running a while, the starter engages without parallel selector. Any suggestions as to the problem?
