    Please help identify sensor

Capt Ralph, each engine does have the "bar set up" pictured. They're mounted above the gears. Nason looks like a place to start, I don't see a pressure switch they offer like mine though. Thank you for the lead

I believe my oil pressure switch is what is circled

    Please help identify sensor

I'm going back Monday but the flow is concentrated to that sensor. I really need to get this vessel hauled out so I can replace the trim tab actuators and get this Onan out. Does anyone see issue(other than the obvious what if's) with plugging these off to go a mile to get on the hard? I'd...

    Please help identify sensor

Miraculously, I have 2 sensors (opposing engines) that have both started leaking (oil). Only one has a label on it and the P/N returns no results. 12v71 engines, sensor is the one the arrow points to. Any idea what they operate? They both leak oil out of a small hole in the sensor

    Info on a 55c

I keep my vessel in St Aug, would be willing to take a look. This was posted on FB a month ago https://www.facebook.com/share/1A6q1WKgZU/

How in the hell do you guys do it?

Am I just delusional to think that the marine industry might ever be "affordable" again? I just got the bill for the monthly bottom cleaning that is done regularly, most recently in the St Aug area. $6.75/ft for monthly bottom cleaning 49-60' boats, $430 for "normal" growth, nothing extra...

Water intrusion with a horrific finding

I'm running new steering lines from the engine room to the steering ram and notice some water on wires going into the AC breaker panel. Further inspections find water intrusion into panel, who knows how many electrical problems this could be causing. Intrusion is aft of where the wiring and...

Complete steering loss in St Augustine inlet

3 of us headed back in from fishing with a seriously confused 5-7' following sea.Passing last buoy to be inside the inlet and boat snaps HARD to port with a free spinning steering wheel. Jump on the throttles but can't get the vessel to respond correctly due to rudders stuck hard starboard...

    Micro-aire easy touch display lost

Marina decided to manually move our vessel, disconnection shore power while all the units were on (not happy about that). Upon returning to the vessel the salon AC control unit is not working, nothing at all. Swapped it for galley and display is operational. Anything other than the cord that...

    Onan MDL-4 complete

I have a complete 1988 20kw 120/240 60hz MDL4 with just under 2800 hours that performs FLAWLESSLY BUT the low coolant sensor is inoperable and obsolete so we're just replacing. Gen has rebuilt freshwater pump, new electric fuel pump, new fuel lines, new silicone hoses, high torque starter...

    generator replacement 55 convertible

For those that have replaced their oh-no generator, did you remove and install through the ER entryway or pull salon floor? Looks like a new phasor is on the horizon

    Onan exhaust elbow

I bought this from a member (don't recall who) several years ago not realizing it wouldn't fit my MDL4. I have no use for it so if there's someone who can then let's move it along. No idea what its worth or exactly what it will fit. Shoot me an offer
