Anyone familiar with the 53 Classic currently named Unity (formally named Bellisima) for sale in Fort Lauderdale? Any info/advice would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Randy

Re: Unity (Formally Bellisima)
Everybody usually says there are two kind of 692’s, those that have blown up, and those that will. I would look for something with 871’s, power is almost the same, but a much better reliability record.

Who is everybody?
Please be more specific.
I know of at least a dozen 92 series engines in both sporties and motoryachts that never blew up. In fact I don't know of any that did..
Running 730 plus hp on 892s seems common. 450 and a bit higher on 692s without issues.Scott

My mechanic. Lots of people on boatdiesel. Granted lots of the negative discussion seems to be about the 625 hp version, but you can’t rationally argue it’s as well regarded as the 871.
