  14. Be glad for what you have

    Looking at other boats makes me appreciate the quality found in our Hatts. Check out this fuel manifolding system from a custom built cruiser I found on Yachtworld: Majorly scary. Those kinds of valves should never be on ANY boat, except maybe for a water/hose/washdown outlet.

    OK, I love to grill! I love to do SLOW grilling of things like pork shoulders/butts...I mean SLOW...as in cook a pork butt for 6-8 hours at 200 degrees ...so need to be able to finely control temperature.
