  1. Checking an old copper oxide rectifier...?

    Can you check a copper oxide disc rectifier with a multimeter? I am trying to determine if a rectifier is working properly but can't figure out how to do so. I put a MM on it in both directions and get 56 Ohms in one direction and 70 Ohms in the other but I don't know if that means anything...

  19. exhaust pipe insulation for sound ?
