Mechanic said time to test the work done on the gen. Started gen 10am on Saturday, went out and spent the weekend in a cove with gen running until 6 pm on Sunday. While in the cove and when I returned, very hot water would run from the cold water side in the galley for about two minutes then returned to cold. Is it possible the heat in the generator room could turn the water hot for that long?

I have a 150 gallon tank between my engines that will be 120 degrees or so after running for the day. The whole tank gets that warm. I'm sure you have a similar situation.

Yes that's normal... It s just the heat from the ER or genny room.

The FW line feed for the MSR toilet runs through the ER on my boat. The water in the line warms quite well which is nice on a cold morning :)

OK, you got me wondering.

Do you have

a) A bidet?
b) An exceptionally large toilet seat?
c) Anorexia?
