Boat is 1994 50c Anyone know the part # and where to order thanks I am 5 hours from boat.

When's the last time the pump was gone over and checked. Impeller aren't the only things that wear out. Smart move is to pull the pump and have it assessed. Bearings, wear surfaces and seals can cause catastrophic failure.

The factory parts manual identifies:

• Raw water pump assembly: 132-0275
• Raw water pump service kit: 132-0276
• Individual impeller: 132-0293

Everything was functioning properly on my 8KW generator when it came time to replace the impeller at a normal service interval. After replacement, with the correct parts and done correctly, the pump would no longer would pump water. After a conversation with Scott and at his assist insistence, I replaced the old pump with the brand new one Scott sent me, voilà back to ops normal. So there is some value in having your current pump checked out thoroughly along with the normal service of the impeller.

On my 7.5 MDJE I had allot of problems with raw water pump. I was ordering new old stock OEM Impellers that would barely work at first, then stop working all together. I believe the rubber shrinks over time and they become out of tolerance. I didn't find the impellers I thought I had but I did find a brand new sherwood pump, I added it to my Onan parts thread in parts forum.
