Been retired since 2012 and have been in love with boating since I was ten. My uncle Walter and myself glassed a wooden 16 foot and loved every minute of it! Having so much family fun and cannot express how much boating helped keep me somewhat sane throughout the years!

Hi all, I’m presently in the process of buying a 32’ 1983 Hatteras Sport Fisherman Express. This Hatteras is powered by MerCruiser 350’s. There are no trim tabs since they were considered an option for this express. If I were to put them on do you think I would obtain better fuel consumption, better speed and planing time. I would appreciate your comments. Thank you, John
