    There's a couple of Marinas and a residential neighborhood. That's about it. We'll be moving to Kent Island. Looking at Piney Narrows.

    Hopefully you can keep her under a roof to maintain her in such great shape. Sun is the #1 cause of wear on a boat.

    What you said. If the boat goes over to PNYH there are covered slips there, several 53 Hatteras MYs there already. At one time, there were five or six of them.

    Not many left. I sell them then they leave.

    Well, they are movable, that's kind of the general idea. How many are left, or shouldn't I ask?Last I was over there, which has been quite a while, seems like a lot of the sheds were empty.

    One resident left. A Classic on G dock. There's an ED on B but she's sold and I assume will be departing.
