Got part way through this restoration and moved to California. Boat is insured for $55,000 and in water at Gangplank Marina Washington DC. Slip transfers with boat. Valuation survey puts possible value at $30,000. Two 454 gasoline engines replaced four years ago, about 150 hours on each. Ran last October, not started since. Pictures and copy of valuation available by email. Needs new electronics, some re-wiring. It's livable as is, though needing cosmetic tune-up. Interior wood sound, some flooring issues.
