9 hours and 30 minutes!
Thanks Beach Girl! I was worried as several more threads got started immediately after I originated this message, and it got pushed down the page toward oblivion.
Gonna be in "Boowford" this June with the boat. Will stop by and say hello!Capt'n Bill

Re: I almost forgot something...
Thank you
Now that I have passed the half century mark, I can honestly ask without being ashamed.........
what did you say ?
I did not hear you.
Where's my reading glasses ?
What day is this ?
" I forgot" are the everyday words
And those darn AARP flyers, Geeeeeeeeeze !
And this is what my wife and daughter bought me :

Re: I almost forgot something...
I like love this gift Bill and you are right, it comes with a cord, which is why I can not understand why Becky would not like a gift with a cord !!
For dinner my daughter made these small meatloaf patties. About the size of a double home made hamburger. They are filled with onions, cheese and a sweet sauce with brown sugar. Yum Yum .
Add those mashed taters, cream corn, black eyes peas and some cinnamon applesauce.......
for desert, Becky made me an angel food cake with fresh strawberries.
I know I am aging fast, and now you all know why my waistline is in a race with my birthdays
Since I am moving so slow, from age and that dinner, I think I am going to turn in early tonight ........
Thanx for all the greetings today

Re: I almost forgot something...
Congrats Paul, a Powermatic 8" Joiner is a GREAT gift for anyone, guess I'll pass this on to the General and see if she takes the hint. I just have enough room in the shop for one!!
Sounds like you have one terrific family my friend - keep your health and you'll have it all!!
