No, THREE gaskets.
1 between the inlet flange and flange on the core.
1 between the flange on the core and the tank.
1 between the gland and the tank.
The other seal (between the raw and fresh water sides) is made with the gland "O" rings.
Unless my memory has gone to hell in the last year there is no gasket between the gland and outlet flange.

OK, I now see that I need 2 for the inlet side - for both sides of the core flange. Don't I also need two gaskets on the outlet side due to the 1" thick spacer plate that goes over the gland? I would expect that I would need a gasket on both sides of that spacer.

Unless I am remembering incorrectly, no. The outboard side of the gland is, if I recall correctly, dry.
