Speaking of removing counter tops, galley and heads. That is the easiest way to re formica. You just glue the over sized material down and run your router around it for a perfect fit. Doing it in place would be very difficult to get a perfect fit.

Anyone out there pulled their counter tops out? Thanks, Rick

Thats the way I do it Rick. Clean it, sand it if need be, spray on the glue, set the top, route it off.

Formica will also go around radiused corners. Just use a heat gun and have patience.
