Halfway through the list of 'deferred maintenance' on this very nice Hatt. Perfect liveaboard. Wife and I want to sail long distance for a couple of years, so am reluctantly offering. Recent haul out survey and mechanicals.

I love this boat... well on its way but still needs care.
