    Thank you everyone for your input. With a little research I found the Rolls not to be too much more than a good quality 819. Given the Rolls last 2-3 time longer it’s a no brained to go with Rolls.

    A place that supplies the railroad industry. Its called Powerrail Distribution in Pennsylvania. Freight is from the Rolls factory as they don't stock our batts. Worth getting a price from them if you're not in a hurry. It took about 3 weeks to get mine.
