    Kathy L price drop

    Hi All, just an FYI to let you know as of January the asking price is $119,900.00. The broker said this
    will put in an different marketing group. Who knows how the mind of brokers work. When I gave him
    the listing he said we should put it on at a higher price than I had when I listed it here.
    Whatever!!
