What browser are you all using? I haven't had any login issues at all... On Firefox mobile or desktop.

The computer guys always say "clear your cookies" when having log in issues on a PC. lol, maybe there is a way to reset that stuff on an iPhone? As in it might be remembering the login info in an "old method" vs new?

No phone or computer guy, just a guess.

Perhaps download and try an alternate browser to see if it is a browser specific issue?

  6. Re: Log in issues

It’s an issue with iOS 18.1.1
It’s an apple problem and not a Sam’s issue. You probably need to log out and then clear your history and cookies from your phone and/or iPad.
Apple changed the way passwords are stored on the devices and that is what’s causing the issue.

    Re: Log in issues

I opened the new Passwords App that downloaded automatically with latest version of IOS. Within the app, my Sam’s account had a variety of usernames and passwords that I’ve amassed over the years. Deleted all but current active account and everything is now nominal.
