Raw water inlet location 37C

I can't locate the raw water inlet thru hull that supplies the head. The hose routes back towards the ER from the toilet but I don't see where it ends. It could be under the companionway floor, but I don't want to have to tear up the carpet unnecessarily. Anybody know for sure where it's located? 1979 37C

It's raw water.

If it's anything like the 36c it is in the engine room just left of the battery switches next to the stringer.

My hatt manual shows the locations of all through hulls above and below water line, does yours not?

Unfortunately my daughter's boat does not have a full set. Some prev, deceased, owner apparently misplaced it. I'll check back by the battery switches. Worst case I'll run water through it once it's out of the water and find it that way.

Unfortunately, I think you just answered your own question. They are probably under the hallway floor. Get ready to pull up that carpet.

On my '78 37c the raw water intake for the head is just forward of the port engine and just outboard of the stringer. Very near the fresh water tank location. Not sure if that is the factory location or not; prior owner made many improvements to the mechanicals.Do you have any photos of the hull out of the water? Matt

The raw water inlet is located in front of the Portside engine right next to the direct over valve for the head
