    That one on Lake St. Clair Ontario side might still be available.
    I posted a note about it here a month or so ago. I think it was the same price. Can't speak of the condition.

    There was a low priced 58 YF in Va not long ago. It sold. The surveyor told me that her new owner has already spent $100K+ and he's not done. Just find a nice one and pay the seller for it!

    That’s a $75k boat… the painted interior, missing weather boards and wing doors, are red flags about hurricane damage. No mention of gen condition… only 2 AC work… needs 3 more. Had naturals but claims a 17kts cruise …

    Yikes.
    Missing lots of stuff. All electronics are stripped, engine rooms suspiciously clean, all soft goods missing. It's a cleaned up version of the project Hat that was at Methhead Marina here in N Ft Myers and mysteriously moved up the Caloosahatchie to Labelle and keeps shuffling around as soon as the marina it's in at the time checks insurance.
