    Cheap slip in so Fla

Probably rent this slip cheap. So much for global warming and ocean rise. It’s like someone pulled the drain plug around here I’ve never seen the tides so low.

We have had average winter low tides on this side. No extra low tides at all that I have seen. Also that slip may be slightly shoaled over.

It’s just inside Port Everglades on starboard side before you go under 17th street. The curve seems to change every year. Some years it’s a great beach others not so much.
