Re: 53 Bimini
I just had mine redone a month ago, using sunbrella. It was $800 but from a guy who I give a lot of work to so he usually is reasonable
It held up fine to the 50kts sustained, 65kts gusts we got last nightPascal

Re: 53 Bimini
I had Sunbrella when I first bought the boat eight years ago, it tore apart in the first year storm. I decided to go with a very heavy vinyl. It’s held up beautifully for 7+ years. Very easy to clean. I do put a waterproof sealer on it once a year to make sure all the threads don’t get eaten up. If I had it done today, I would go back to the vinyl, but this time I would have all of the seams glued together rather than sewn.

Re: 53 Bimini
Just be glad you’re not in San Diego, we were quoted $6000.00 for our Bimini with 1/2 down and delivery in 6 months. Canvas guys here are really busy.
