Lifting off Pipe Davit / Nautical Structures

I have a Nautical Structures Pipe Davit.
Does anyone have experience removed the davit from the standpipe?

Is there a pin or lock anywhere? It doesn't seem to lift off.
I believe I have a crushed plastic liner to replace. Documentation? Nautical Structures doesn't seem to have any documents on the pipe davits.

I just removed mine on my 53 my. I believe it sounds like the same as yours. You would need to post a picture to be sure. Mine was held down on the fly bridge deck with screws going into a custom teak block. After the screws were removed, I removed the caulk and used a thin bar to pop the flange off the teak block. The pipe is just held in by a male bracket on the main deck. No bolt or faster was holding it in just gravity. Hope this helps.
