    It’s easy unless a previous owner used weatherstrip adhesive to hold the old gaskets in place.

    Cork gaskets are garbage. Buy rubber gasket material and make your own

    I never had any luck with making gaskets for my groco SA300 strainers, they would always suck air and not allow prime. I always ordered replacements and spares from groco, about 60.00 a set.

    I'll second that. I had not gotten to the generator strainer, but replaced the gasket because it was a casual side remark during the survey. I made a new one with rubber gasket material.
