    65 LRC in Ft Lauderdale

This is not my listing. When the asking price recently dropped to $259K it caught my attention. I have been aboard a few times and I shot around 100 photos. She's a project, but as far as I can tell, it's mostly cosmetic. I'm happy to share my impressions if anyone is interested. If the Mods don't like this thread, delete it.

Which one is this? Is this the former "Sue's Pool"?

If it’s still in the Lauderdale area, I’d be happy to take a look for anyone.

I don’t get why they took salon space for those stairs. Looks like a playpen in the middle of the deck.

That boat was freshwater for years. It was near perfect before it went south a few years ago. But I would guess its still probably in better shape overall than any of the others out there.

She's had a hard life in the Bahamas for the past decade! She's a project, but at the current pricing I think she's a value.
