    Onan MDL4 problems.

I’m hoping these are related, recently when trying to start the gen the no AC power alarm goes off immediately. Sometimes it will start and run for awhile, other times start and suddenly die but the alarm still goes off. Fuel filters are new, replaced the oil pressure sensors,Fuel pump rebuilt 2 years ago.

I figured out the “shutting down” issue, pressure sensor was bad. The “no AC power” alarm persist, goes off as soon as attempting to start

Does it run long enough to display the AC voltage? Low voltage may be a resistor problem.

The generator runs now, flawlessly from key largo to west palm yesterday with all “working” AC units running. Pressure switches are the only recent change, no idea why the alarm has started. It will silence and not come back on once running.
