The old Robertson autopilot works great and does everything we need.
However it seems quite twitchy making small adjustments every few seconds. The pump is located above the wheelhouse so we hear it.
I've read the manual several times but am unable to work out how to reduce the "twitch."
Does anyone know the programming procedure (or page in the manual) to make the autopilot less sensitive or increase the time interval between its adjustments?

Re: Twitchy Robertson Autopilot
Thru my years, my APs have always had a little twitch with the pump. Lower the gain or sea state but I fear you will just induce some wondering. I'm sure it is working fine. Relocating the pump closer to the ram may help by relocating the noise and help the pump work faster.
