At least the broker isn’t hiding the storm damage although calling it cosmetic damage is a bit misleading. Buyer has to assume the running gear is toast…. Looks like a broken window as well.

Is this the puppy we saw under way during the storm?
I have to wonder about the lil girl in flip flops holding a line to that suspended boat.

Damn decent of them to mention a survey done in July, since the boat was thrown up on shore in September in the hurricane. Not sure how useful this survey-before-the-fact will be, but whatever. It just might be time for another survey, possibly.

There's one up here in the Annapolis area which I believe is priced similarly. Has had a complete paint job and various updates. This would be a very fine deal for someone wanting a 52' Hatteras MY. Oh, and NOT a hurricane survivor.
