    Lady Kay is sold, the money in the bank. It was somewhat of an arduous process. Let's just say that Eric Horst earned his keep and then some. I HIGHLY recommend him.

    I'll be lurking here off and on to see what all you clowns are up to. Meanwhile I have a looooong list of projects on the project management grease board in my office........

    I know everybody says that, but when I sold my Connie and, more recently, the Commander 42, it was kinda sad. We had a lot of good times on those boats.

    Anyway, congrats on the sale, Oscar!

    With the seller's permission: Our ask was $189,900. The offer came at $178,000 from the second people to see the boat. She closed at that number, minus a small $$ concession for a weak battery bank. She sold for about 93% of ask and closed in 88 days from listing date.
