65LRC (70 stretched) "Changing Course" for sale

Looks like "Jubula" the 65+5 LRC which sold not long ago was renamed "Changing Course" and is now for sale again.

Beautiful yacht. I missed the Mega Power Ball Friday, so I think I'll stick with my 58LRC for now

Well price is a hard thing to nail down when it comes to yachts like this. 65LRC's are rare and this one appears to be in pretty immaculate condition, not to mention it has been stretch to 70' I'd guess the previous owner spent over 1M to get her in that condition.

To put things in perspective, here is a 2019 Grady White 450 Center Console. It's priced at 1.2M I think that's insane, but new ones are selling for even more and have a waiting list.

If I was inclined to purchase one of these, I know which one I'd pick (and save myself 600K)
