We are getting ready to replace the Isenglass enclosure on our aft deck. i am thinking of using 30 mil Strataglass rather than 40 mil. The thinking is that here in Florida, we roll them up a lot and from my research, 30 mil was as durable as 40 mil, but rolled more easily. 40 mil tended to lay flatter due to its stiffness. Any thoughts?

I did the sides with 40 because we do roll them up. 30 for the stern. We don’t get the heat and humidity that you do.

We did the 30 mm in the aft deck, now 4 years old. No issues. Location Florida. Use Imar to keep clean.
