https://www.yachtworld.com/boats/197...-43dc-3870956/ Due to health problems, a botched knee replacement in 2018 and now having Parkinson's. After 21 years of livingaboard we are forced to move off. Don't let the listed price scare you, she can be had for a lot less.

Had the broker drop the price to $28,000.... If it doesn't sell at that price, my admiral says we ain't selling it and we will stay on it

I sent a buyer to you. For some reason they thought you had a deal pending. I'll try again.

Re: Sadly my 1973 43' DCMY is up for sale
With that in mind, let me help her out a bit.
I have been on this boat, and it is the WORST example of a 43DC I have EVER seen. It never goes anywhere, and Charlie pours beer into the fuel tanks daily to keep it happy about sitting at the dock.
The mattress in the forward V berth has UGE stains on it, because I left them there. The Whaler is covering a UGE rot spot in the roof, and that's why you never see it being used either. It's too hard to get up there to pour beer into the tank, and Charlie doesn't care if it's happy as it can't go anywhere or sink up there.
Speaking of sinking, I can't help but notice that Charlie didn't mention... never mind.
There you go, Cheryl, that should do it. I'm still planning to come by and visit you guys ON THE BOAT later this month.Randy Register - Kingston, TN
