Hello,
Some help, please.
For those that currently have, or have had in the past, how has the experience been sleeping on the master beds that run fore/aft, or athwart ship?
Thanks!

Re: 53’, North/South or East/West
In all my boats I’ve only had for and aft beds. I love it. Not sure if that helps.

The best sleep ever fore and aft.

on ocean crossings (sail) where lee cloths are needed, anything but feet to the fore would be dangerous. Anchored in a storm feels similiar. So if this is a poll, I am with the feet forward crowd.

My 53 originally had the bed sideways and when I combined the VIP and master I moved it the other way. Makes no difference in sleeping. If you are anchored in such an exposed spot that you could fall of the bed you should t be sleeping anyway but be on anchor watch
